These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LogicalShout, the AI text-to-meme generator operated by Logical Studio (“LogicalShout”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using LogicalShout
You must be at least 13 years old to use LogicalShout. You’re responsible for the content you generate, upload or publish using the service, and for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree not to use LogicalShout to create content that is illegal, infringes someone else’s rights, or is intended to harass, defame or deceive.
2. Your content and generated memes
You retain ownership of the text and images you upload. Memes you generate are yours to use, including commercially, on any paid plan. Free-plan exports may include a small LogicalShout watermark unless removed on an upgraded plan.
3. Templates and third-party media
Some templates in our library are drawn from publicly circulated meme formats. We do our best to use formats that are broadly treated as reusable, but you are responsible for confirming a given template is appropriate for your intended use, particularly for commercial campaigns.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Service availability
We aim to keep LogicalShout available at all times but don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change or discontinue features, and we’ll do our best to give notice of changes that materially affect your use of the service.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create content that breaches applicable law. You may close your account at any time from your settings.
7. Limitation of liability
LogicalShout is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Logical Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
